1. I can't open this file! Why?

Files for delivery are compressed using a ZIP program. If you are having trouble extracting the file you probably need to download:
Mac: Download StuffIt Expander
PC: Download 7-Zip


2. What programs do I need to work with this artwork?

All of the vector art files are provided in EPS format. Each purchase is one single file with multiple graphics on it. You will need a vector editing program such as Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, or Corel Draw to grab, work with, or tweak these images.


3. I'm having trouble downloading my purchase! Help!

After ordering and paying you will receive a Download Access email with a link to download your file. The link will be active for 24 hours, and you have three attempts to download the file.

If you didn't receive the email with the link (be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case), need help downloading, or your download time has expired, please drop us an email with your problem. We are only available M-F 9-5 ET to troubleshoot the problem - but we will get back to you asap.


4. How can I access my account information?

5. Can I make products from this artwork?

No, you cannot use these graphics on products for resale. For more details, please read our Terms of Use.


6. Can I give this art out to all my friends?

No.


7. Can I "return" my purchase?

No.


8. Can I get a better quality image for use in a comp?

No. Sorry but we don't have those resources in place yet.


9. I can draw! Want to sell my stuff?

Maybe yes, maybe no. We are always looking for artists to add to the site. Send us a link to some sample of your work and we'll take a look. Please do not send us high res images or attachments because we won't open either one. Also, we're really busy, so it'll take us some time to get back to you.


10. Do you do custom illustration? I like the style but I need a different subject.

Yes! Drop us an email and we'd be more than happy to work on a custom project or illustration for you. Please contact us at: custom@xtrapulp.com.


11. Do you have a newsletter and/or blog?

We will soon have a newsletter and blog to let you know about new artwork, freebies, giveaways, special sales, and other awesometastic funnery.
